4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

6 User Obligations

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games without human involvement
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use vt777 while under the age of 18

vt777 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in any prohibited activity may have their accounts suspended pending investigation, during which time withdrawals will be placed on hold.

8 Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised use of vt777's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. vt777 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vt777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account information

• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate security of their account credentials
• Losses resulting from the player's own breach of these Terms
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers

vt777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to certain features or the platform as a whole.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vt777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by vt777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Account Closure

Closure by the Player

Any player may request the closure of their vt777 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, vt777 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 and after deduction of any applicable bonus-related conditions) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion results in immediate account closure and prevents the player from re-registering for the duration of the exclusion period. Closure by vt777

vt777 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Verified or suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 18
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Where an account is closed by vt777 due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, vt777 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

11 Governing Law
